How does the pay-per-document price work?
One-off documents authorize a maximum charge first. After generation, AppealRx captures only the calculated final price, capped at $5.
Do subscription credits roll over?
Plans include a monthly credit balance. The balance refills to the plan cap each monthly window and never stacks above that cap. Subscriber overages use the same dynamic price with 50% off.
Can I export the letter?
The app produces a professional text preview and locked server-side DOCX/TXT exports after payment or credit use.
Who is responsible for final review?
Generated drafts should be reviewed, edited, and approved by the responsible clinician before payer submission.
