AppealRx is intended for de-identified use only. Do not enter patient names, member IDs, dates of birth, addresses, phone numbers, claim numbers, or other protected identifiers.

Document intake, evidence briefs, and generated letters are encrypted at rest with an application encryption key before storage. Payment information is handled by Stripe.

AppealRx does not represent that the current product is HIPAA-ready. A separate compliance review, vendor agreements, and operational controls are required before accepting PHI.
